What is stored today
The waitlist stores your email address and the time you agreed to join. Nothing else about you is stored.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and identifies no one. It reports aggregate counts such as page views.
Who processes the data
Buttondown sends the waitlist emails and holds the list. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the analytics. Payments, once they exist, will go through Stripe. Card details never reach the operator's servers.
The no-logging pledge
This applies once the API exists. Prompts and completions are never stored and never used for training. Requests are processed in memory and discarded when the response ends. The only record kept per request is billing metadata: key ID, timestamp, model and token counts. It is kept for 90 days.
The trade-off
Because content is not logged, abliterate cannot review it. Abuse is handled through metadata patterns, user reports and valid legal process.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted from the list, email hello@abliterate.app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email hello@abliterate.app and say which. The data controller is Myster P. Inc, a working name that is not a registered legal entity yet.
Changes
The policy can change. The date at the top says when it last did.
