Notice

Every model listed here is fictional and nothing can be run yet. Prices are planned. The waitlist is the only part that works.

Terms

Draft, 2026-10-08. For legal review before launch.

  1. Who these terms cover

These terms cover abliterate.app (the site) and, once it exists, the abliterate API (the service). The operator is Myster P. Inc. This is a working name, not a registered legal entity yet, and there is no postal address: write to hello@abliterate.app.

  2. What exists today

Only the site and the waitlist exist. The models are fictional, nothing can be run and nothing is for sale. Prices and plans are planned and may change.

  3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist gives you no right to buy, to a price or to access. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.

  4. Accounts and keys (planned)

When the service launches you will need an account and an API key. Keep the key private. You are responsible for all use of it.

  5. Credits and plans (planned)

1 credit equals $1 of usage at each model's published rate. Credits expire 12 months after they are granted or bought. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds: unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and subscriptions are not refunded for the current month. Taxes are calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax.

  6. Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. Breaking it can end your access.

  7. Your content

You own your prompts. As between you and the operator, you own the outputs to the extent the law allows. The operator does not store prompts or outputs (see the privacy page) and claims no rights in them.

  8. No warranty

The service is provided as is. Models produce incorrect, offensive or unexpected output, and abliterated models do so more freely. The operator gives no warranty of accuracy or fitness for a purpose.

  9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

  10. Changes and ending access

The terms can change, and the date at the top says when they last did. You can stop using the service at any time. The operator can end access for breaking these terms or the acceptable use policy.

  11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

  12. Contact

    hello@abliterate.app.
